If your tracked order hasn`t arrived within the estimated time frame (10 business days within Australia) please email woof@letspawty.au with your order number and full name and we will get working on it for you.

All orders will be delivered to the address specified on your order. Please ensure you address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses . If you notice an error after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately at woof@letspawty.au. If your order has already been shipped you will need to make contact directly with Australia Post to attempt order redirection. Alternatively, if your order is returned to sender we can re-ship once we receive the returned package at your expense.

Free standard delivery in Australia over $99. Standard shipping charges - $9.95 and Express Shipping $12.95.

Yes! We use Australia Post and offer delivery to PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses - please note that if your order is too large for a Parcel Locker, it may be taken to the nearest Post Office or Parcel Collect location for pickup.​
